Index Exchange is looking for a Field Marketing Manager covering Australia & New Zealand to plan and execute a regional strategy that will make an impact on our rapidly growing regional business.
The role will have a primary focus on programmes that will drive brand recognition, positive brand perception, and local customer acquisition and retention.
What We're Looking For:
The Field Marketing Manager spans multiple marketing disciplines in one role, from establishing a country-level strategy to content development and writing, delivering customer events, sponsorships, and digital marketing, to working with press and industry partners.
Success in this role requires the ability to understand local nuances and market maturity, and adapting our global messages that will effectively land in-region.
The successful candidate will also need to be able to outline success metrics, have exceptional project management skills, and be comfortable establishing scalable processes to achieve repeated success in the region.
As the marketer-in-region, the successful candidate will serve as a regional expert, and will need to be comfortable from setting up a high-level strategy and executive meetings to bringing this vision to life through strong ownership and execution.
Here's What You'll be Doing:
Extend and localise our global marketing and communications strategy to the AU + NZ region, along with identifying local marketing opportunities to create a holistic strategy and a value proposition that will drive growth Work cross-functionally with the marketing & communications team, product marketing, and regional sales to deliver consistent storytelling of our solutions within AU + NZ, including go-to-market plans Manage the marketing budget for the region and provide updates on impact in the funnel including ROI Manage vendor and industry relationships and ensure best outcomes for Index Exchange across a variety of settings Identify localisation opportunities and amplify global content campaigns to fit market needs and expectations Identify and secure speaking opportunities at industry events within the region, to either increase, maintain, or solidify awareness for Index Exchange Maintain and grow media relationships in market to secure strategic coverage on key Index themes.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to produce and track all regional digital outputs including email, social media and website content Maintain, amplify, and discover new ways to leverage industry memberships Identify local stakeholder needs, and relay information to the relevant teams Ensure regular communication and marketing business reviews to measure the effectiveness of local marketing programmes Collect product and competitive knowledge, communicating all critical points to regional and central teams Drive content strategy for the AU + NZ marketing programmes to build community engagement and positive brand sentiment among targeted key audiences The successful candidate will:
Be very organised, detail-oriented, deadline-disciplined and can work autonomously Create innovative marketing and communications programmes that drive impact Be experienced in building and executing go-to-market plans and integrated marketing programmes by country or region Take a collaborative approach, manage multiple tasks concurrently, think strategically, be self-motivated and analytical Have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Make the complex simple--in communication and in streamlining or improving processes Have 4-6 years of experience in a marketing position, in a comparable fast-growing company Show a track record of creating impactful marketing campaigns tied back to ROI metrics Be proficient in digital marketing Understand complex buying/selling processes Possess a professional level of English, spoken and written Have a proven ability to work with media Show a solid understanding of B2B marketing and how to use various content / tools based on the audience, ranging from in-person events to digital programmes Be a strong project manager with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at the same time with excellent attention to detail Have experience with business tools such as Salesforce, Marketo preferred It is preferred the successful candidate have ad tech or digital advertising experience Why You'll Love Working Here:
