The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for campaign strategy, development and implementation across ANZ. Working closely with global teams, this role will identify the unique needs across the region and manage the content and event calendar. As a key member of the Marketing team, you will collaborate across demand generation, customer success, sales and sales development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong integrated marketing experience, and the ability to track campaign performance through to business outcomes.
This role reports to the VP of International Marketing.
What you will be doing: Develop campaign strategies to maximise demand generation across multiple customer segments and geographies, with a focus on the ANZ market Work closely with ANZ sales representatives and customer success teams to identify opportunities, support lead generation for Instructure products and services Identify, plan, and execute participation in owned and 3rd-party events, including webinars, tradeshows, and user conferences Manage event logistics, speaker selection, sponsorships, and post-event follow-up to optimise lead generation and brand visibility Leverage and localise global campaigns by partnering with content and event teams across the globe, ensuring they resonate with the ANZ market Manage relationships with creative and event agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Provide budget forecasts and track spending to ensure campaigns are delivered within financial parameters Own and manage the campaign calendar for the ANZ region, ensuring alignment with global and regional marketing priorities Success Metrics: Campaign engagement (View through, open rates, click-through rates) Demand funnel KPIs (volume, conversion, velocity, value) Sourced and Influenced Pipeline Sourced and Influenced Bookings Campaign ROI What you will need to know/have: 5+ years experience in marketing strategy, campaigns, events and/or content marketing Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Excellent writing and editing skills, with an adherence to SEO Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork and project management skills Strong ability to analyse data and draw upon actionable insights Understanding how campaigns contribute to a multi-channel demand creation approach Experience in Drupal, Salesforce, Marketo and Google Analytics is desirable Skills/Behaviors: Detail-oriented, holistic thinker Can balance competing priorities Planning/project management—highly organised; Ability to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, high-paced environment Leadership and initiative to drive business objectives—self-starter Agency management, cross-matrix resource management Ability to understand decision impact on other areas of the business Strong oral/written communication skills Strong consultative marketing approach in order to effectively engage with sales Highly collaborative We've always believed in hiring the most awesome people and treating them right.
