The mission of the Field Marketing team at Explorance is to support the prospect and customer go-to-market sales teams at a regional level through all marketing channels. This includes industry conferences, Explorance-led events, virtual summits, social, and campaigns. Additionally, the Field Marketing team serves as the voice of the regional sales team to the global marketing team and represents the voice of marketing as a partner to the regional sales teams. The objective is to support, create, accelerate, and expand the sales pipeline with our direct sellers and partner ecosystem.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, curious, motivated, and collaborative field marketing coordinator to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. The candidate will work closely with the GM for APAC and the sales team and as part of the Explorance Global Field Marketing team, to assist in coordinating and executing various campaigns and activities.
Primary ResponsibilitiesManage and execute booth strategy for industry conferencesManage and execute Explorance led events such as seminars and workshopsAssist in organizing annual customer user group event in regionAssist in the execution and coordination of marketing programs, campaigns, and digital activities including webinarsResearch and identify segment marketing opportunities, such as events and sponsorships.Work on email nurtures using HubSpotQualificationsDetail-oriented, well-organized, and efficient with time managementCritical thinker with strong problem-solving skillsHave a curious mind to be open to learning new knowledge and skillsExcellent communications skills; verbal and writtenExcellent interpersonal skills to ensure successful interactions and strong working relationships across marketing and sales teamsFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities with the skills to work in a fast-paced environmentProactive mindset with the ability to take on new initiativesBachelor's degree; preferably in business, marketing, or a related fieldOther RequirementsThe position is office-based, 5 days per week and candidates must have full/unrestricted working rights in Australia.Nice To HaveKnowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, ExcelDemonstrated understanding of audiences and marketing concepts related to the B2B high-tech or software industry is a strong plus.Knowledge of contact relationship management (Salesforce) and Marketing automation software (HubSpot)At Explorance, we take inclusion to heart and live it each day.
