Your new role:Responsible for coaching and supporting clients to build strong, successful and stable businesses.
Assist them to analyze their business, help them identify areas which require development such as leadership and income growth and collaborate with them to create an action plan which will allow them to achieve their individual needs.
There will also be travel involved in this position, both domestic and international.
Your responsibilities:- Build relationships with key field leaders and coach them to identify their individual needs in order to support and enhance their business needs and goals - In conjunction with the Field Development Director, formulate and create opportunities to motivate, inspire and educate the field - Identify areas for improvement of existing business tools, events and programs - Monitor and evaluate sales trends and performance data to identify areas of strength and weakness in the business - Act as MC at company events to create energy, position speakers and topics, and help deliver desired messages and outcomes- Provide support to the Field Development Director in implementing all necessary business activities for the local market to facilitate associates and/or prospects meetings, events and training sessions across the country Your skills & experience:- Experience in sales, leadership & management - Excellent communication skills: oral, written, and listening and presentation skills - Passion for health & wellness - Ability to work either independently or in a team environment - Excellent attention to details and organisation skills - Ability to work effectively under pressure, on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - Professional demeanor, team player, positive attitude- Flexible & able to work 1-2 weekends a month and some nights Benefits: - Heavily discounted products - Brand new office with allocated undercover parking space- Work from home on Fridays - Birthday day off - Friendly & positive team culture - Social with frequent team activities - Ongoing learning & development and career progression opportunities Next steps:If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV to ******.
