The Role
The Field Leader will take ultimate responsibility for the operation of a multidisciplinary OH team based at a depot in the western suburbs of Melbourne. In more detail they will:
Lead a team of employees, contractors and service providers.Oversee local inventory, stores and logistics requirements with the assistance of Supply Chain experts.Ensure the effective utilisation of resources to meet timeline, quality, safety, network reliability and cost targets.Communicate and manage the upgrades in technology and continuous improvement of processes in field practices.Drive a safety first culture in all day to day operations.The Requirements
The Field Leader will have the following skills and experience:
