Unisys will provide personnel and technical support to continue the function of Global ICT Logistics.
This function will require close integration with all personnel within the ICT Contracts and Asset Management Division, ICT Strategy and Investment Management Branch.
Retain an NV1 Security Clearance.
Responsibilities include: Receipting and tracking of ICT assets, including stock requirements such as consumables, both Low and High Side, both domestic and international.
Management of inventories, invoices, and registers.
Performing server and storage break and fix.
Providing support for Enterprise products.
Preparation and dispatching of ICT assets and stock requirements, such as consumables, both domestic and international.
Application of asset information to ICT asset systems (i.e., asset tags, serial numbers, bar codes, user persona, processor speed, RAM, system model, image revision, etc.).
Monitoring and applying Remedy (Service Management Tool) updates and requests, including the maintenance of all Configuration Management Database (CMDB) creations, updates, and responding to asset-related service requests.
Conducting initial configuration/imaging of all in-scope OS/devices, i OS devices, Android devices, and Apple Macs.
Receipt, monitoring, and tracking of the decommissioning of all in-scope OS/devices, i OS devices, Android devices, and Apple Macs as needed.
You will be successful in this role if you have: NV1 Clearance is required for this role.
2-4 years of hands-on technical experience.
Electronics training equivalent to at least 2 years of technical institutes, polytechnic, and/or military technical school/universities and/or applicable related technical experience.
Bachelor's degree or Electronics training equivalent to at least 2 years of technical institutes, polytechnic, and/or military technical school/universities and/or applicable related technical experience.
