Field Engineer 2

What success looks like in this role: The Field Engineer performs activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining and servicing computer-related products, including but not limited to desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals.Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Provide On-site support to various clients.Provide support for hardware such as laptops, desktops, and monitors.Install and maintain PCs along with associated accessories and peripherals.Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes as required.Test and certify PCs.Provide follow-up on problems, escalations, and requests.Maintain a high degree of professionalism.Ensure customer satisfaction throughout all transactions.Ensure incident and request tickets are updated according to the ticketing system.Provide on-call support.Some travelYou will be successful in this role if you have:NV1 Security Clearance is required.Must be an Australian CitizenAchieves and/or exceeds contracted customers' Service Level Agreements (SLAs), defined customer satisfaction ratings, and quarterly KPI goalsUnderstanding of hardware and software support servicesTime managementMotivated and enthusiasticExperience in the delivery of IT support services with specified KPI'sEffective verbal and written communication skillsStrong focus on providing customer service, with great verbal and written communication skillsProblem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.A keen interest in developing a career in IT.Unisys is proud to be an equal opportunity employer that considers all qualified applicants without regard to age, caste, citizenship, color, disability, family medical history, family status, ethnicity, gender, gender expression, gender identity, genetic information, marital status, national origin, parental status, pregnancy, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, transgender status, veteran status or any other category protected by law.
