About the role As a Field Delivery Telecommunications Trainee , you will work alongside a mentor offering you on going coaching, support and mentoring during your traineeship. You will get hands on training providing our customers with a great experience by activating and assuring telecommunications / technology products and services, in homes and/or business. You will actively participate in a diverse team environment to deliver the optimum customer and commercial outcomes aligned to Telstra's values and strategy. To be considered for the opportunity you will need the following skills & attributes: Hold a current driver's licence. Physically fit for the role. The ability to undergo pre-employment medical and drug alcohol screening. Ability to undertake a police check. Professional and polite communication. Enjoy working in a team environment. Positive attitude and safety-first approach. Be technically minded. Qualifications: As a Trainee Technician you will be provided with Telecommunication Technology Cert III training during the traineeship along with relevant certifications and/or licencing for the location you reside in.
