Field Coordinator

Job Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day activities of the Field Technician team. Plan and schedule sample collection activities, ensuring that adequate resources are available. Ensure that sampling and field testing procedures are followed consistently and that quality assurance/quality control procedures are in place. Review and analyze field data to identify trends and report results to stakeholders. Provide training and mentorship to Field Technicians to ensure high-quality work and continuous improvement. Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to understand their sampling and field testing needs and provide solutions. Maintain accurate records of sample collection activities, including sample information, results, and quality control data. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned by the Laboratory Manager.
