Field Coach - Sydney

We are searching for a Field Coach to join our retail learning team and support our Sydney Stores.
As Field Coach, you will achieve the learning team's strategic objectives and take the learning lead on a range of topics across the business, whilst supporting the overall learning function.
You will play an invaluable role in developing our talents through effective coaching and training initiatives; responsible for being a partner to the retail management and support office teams in driving and executing the learning and development agenda within our stores.
Job responsibilitiesAs Field Coach, you will translate and execute the corporate training strategies within your defined stores and define the plan to best contribute to business growth and team development.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
Leading a culture of in-store coaching with individuals according to their needsSupporting the retail management in building individual coaching and development plans that are tailored and consideredActing as a platform for sharing best experiences and practices amongst the teamProviding ongoing feedback to key stakeholders on the progress and priorities for your allocated storesIdentifying skills gaps and adapting training in order to address training prioritiesEnsuring consistent feedback and guidance for managers, effectively influencing and upskilling on people management topicsSupporting managers in building their learning roadmaps and injecting key initiatives to support thisDeveloping and facilitating core training modules, e.g.
induction and onboarding, clientelling workshops and retail excellence trainingMaintaining an active store floor presence to observe, guide and provide feedback/implementation to the teamIdentifying potential training talent within store teams to support and partner in coaching others.ProfileWe are searching for a passionate and people ambassador with the following key attributes:
