The role is responsible to ensure risk identification and controls, incidents and tenant/client/customer issues are managed as per the agreed processes.Position ResponsibilitiesLead & manage field team members to deliver the works program(s) - supporting the workforce, the Network Operations Centre (NOC) and the Service Delivery Centre in managing reactive & corrective maintenance activitiesProvide oversight and supervision (where required) to subcontractor works at allocated sitesMaintain a good working and collaborative relationship with the key client regional stakeholdersEnsure that all contractors and staff comply with the Work Instructions (WIs), Method of Procedures (MOPs) or plans provided by the TFO SOW's Project Managers to eliminate the likelihood of any Service DisruptionsDeliver in accordance with the requirements of the TFO as defined by each SOWImplement change management initiatives where requiredRequired Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in your application your experience will ideally include:Electrical and/or trades qualification (or significant field-based experience in telecommunication power)Experience working within an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) environmentExperience working within Telstra in a ticket-of-work environment preferredTrack record of constructive & effective client relationship management with client operational representativesAbout VentiaVentia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
