Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)
About the Role :
Rubix Solutions is seeking skilled FIC Analysts to support a Defence program through the identification, facilitation, and coordination of all Fundamental Inputs to Capability (FIC) elements. The role will be instrumental in delivering and sustaining future capabilities. You will work across all FIC areas (Personnel, Organisation, Systems, Training, Facilities, Operations, and Supply/Support) and engage with Integrated Product Teams to ensure alignment with project priorities and Tranche plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the FIC baseline and develop strategies to support the uplift and sustainment of capabilities.
Develop and manage the FIC plan, integrated with program facilities.
Conduct planning and analysis across FIC components to define project needs.
Collaborate with key Defence stakeholders to assess and plan FIC requirements.
Ensure synchronization of FIC activities with Defence initiatives.
Provide expert advice on FIC dependencies, contribute to project Tranches, and support business case development.
Engage with end-users to address capability gaps and future needs.
Report on FIC progress, risks, and benefits to governance forums.
Support program audits and governance activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Essential :
Experience in the One Defence Capability System
Demonstrated Business Analysis experience
Relevant qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and information systems
Strong organisational and leadership abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable :
Previous experience within Army functional commands
Project Management or Systems Engineering expertise
Experience in Defence Training Systems
