The business manufactures high quality inputs for cropping, horticulture, pasture and retail sectors. Grow Safe products include a range of mineral fertilisers with over sixty different trace elements, and biological products containing beneficial bacteria & fungi to improve soil health. Grow Safe products are developed to enhance the Nutrient Use Efficiency of traditional fertilisers, improving the soil condition and agricultural sustainability.
About The Position: Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing an agreed sales strategy, targeting agricultural clients and product stockists in the Great Southern & South-West regions of Western Australia. As part of the client-facing team, you will provide solutions to your portfolio by participating in soil testing and on-farm consultation, participation in agricultural events and support of local resellers within your portfolio.
Responsibilities: Providing soil solutions via a market-leading range of mineral fertilisers and microbial productsManaging Sales & Clients in the South West & Great Southern regions of Western AustraliaWorking with research and technical management to deliver bespoke client outcomesPlanning, sales cycle management and promotional activitiesCo-ordinating field research activities within the regionArranging product demonstrations and promoting new products and servicesAttending industry events, while promoting the business locallyRequirements: A successful history in a Territory or Area Management salesSolution sales and marketing skillsA strong alignment, interest and experience in the agribusiness industryExcellent listening and client relationship management skillsThe flexibility to work autonomously and as a part of a remote client-facing teamLocation: This is a work-from-home role with a flexible home base location. A successful candidate will have a travel remit, typically in the Great Southern or South West region. This can be negotiated, should a suitable candidate from a bordering area such as the Wheatbelt region have an established agricultural network that they wish to maintain. Australian Mineral Fertilisers is situated in Tenterden in the Great Southern, located 3.5hrs south of Perth, WA.
