About the Role: Reporting to the Retail Fertiliser Manager, you will provide exceptional customer service through prompt and efficient response to all customer enquiries, as well as accurate and timely processing of internal customer orders for our fertiliser division. In addition, you will:Provide assistance to Nutrien Ag Solutions members and affiliates to process fertiliser salesAssist customers with invoicing, account issues and claims processingUpdate the system orders for all customer product dispatches once we have received confirmation from warehouses that orders have been dispatchedLiaise with warehouses as required to follow up on any dispatch queriesDeal with customers on dispatch queries and investigate claims for credit on short/damaged product deliveriesProcess creditsRequest products write offs where applicablePrepare and send customer service monthly update reports A little about you:To be successful you must demonstrate:Previous customer service or sales experience in the agricultural sectorBe able to work autonomously and in a high-pressure team environmentStrong written, verbal communication & organisational skillsAbility to develop rapport quickly with key stakeholder's ad build on existing long-term relationshipsStrong computer literacy and intermediate MS suite skillsExperience with Excel & SAPWhy work for us?
