We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role will report into the General Manager, Transformation. This role is essential for the implementation of transformational projects across the organisation. You will direct a team of technical and non-technical employees and closely manage any required third parties ensuring transformational initiatives are delivered.
This is a full-time permanent role based in our Coolangatta office. Hybrid opportunities available for the successful candidate!
Here's what a typical day might look like for you:
Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Create high level project documentation and coordinate meetings Contribute to the communication and change management plans Manage any change to project scope, budget and timeline Establish/engage and lead the cross functional projects teams Provide operational and project support as required. About YOU:
Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Project Management or related discipline Formal training in at least one leading project methodology (PMBOK, Prince 2) A minimum of 6 years' experience in leading complex projects Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager within business transformation initiatives Demonstrated experience working closely with change management specialists You hold a current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence Join Us and Enjoy These Benefits:
