We're Feros Care, and we're pleased to meet you. Our Customer Service Liaisons play a vital role in handling administrative tasks and coordinating activities. Your main responsibility will be handling inbound calls as the initial point of contact for participants, families, and the community. Utilise your customer service and problem-solving skills to offer guidance on the NDIS and other supports in our service regions.
Your work will include: Answering inquiries, providing information, and explaining the NDIS to people with disability, their family, and the broader community.Assisting with a range of administration and coordination tasks including bookings and calendar management of Local Area Coordination services in various locations across Australia.Ensuring all records, information, contacts, and activities are accurately recorded in the NDIS CRM system.Assisting in gathering information and mapping available community resources and non-funded supports.What we're looking for: Previous customer service experience, ideally in a call centre setting.Strong time management and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in telephone techniques.Person-centred approach, respecting confidentiality and professional integrity.Genuine commitment to empowering Australians with disabilities.Dedication to upholding Feros Care values and NDIS core pillars.What we can do for you: Non-for-profit Salary Packaging (up to the value of $15,899 per annum tax free) & Meal and Entertainment Packaging (up to the value of $2650 per annum tax free).Extensive discounts on everyday purchases and wellness programs through ForME.Comprehensive training, development, and career opportunities.Private Health Insurance Discount (Medibank).Employee Referral Program and Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Paid parental leave for eligible employees.When successful, you will be required to undertake a national police check and provide evidence of your right to work in Australia.
