Florante "Butch" Fernandez was admitted as a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2004 and a member of the Law Society of New SouthWales. He holds the degrees of Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science in Commerce in the Philippines and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law in Sydney. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1998 and previously worked as Philippine government lawyer, Assistant City Prosecutor and university lawprofessor. As a legal practitioner for 16 years, he has extensive experience in property law, conveyancing, family law, commercial law and wills and estatesincluding Philippine laws.
Butch is registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) with migration agents registration number 1280459. As an agent he provides accurate information, advice & assistance for all types of Australian visa applications including appeal.
