Our bakehouse is growing, and we now have multiple opportunities for Trade qualified Pastrycooks with Plant Bakery experience to join our team of pie-loving individuals in Keilor Park, VIC and be part of baking history.

HOW YOU WILL RISE TO THE OCCASION In this role, you will produce a wide variety of baked goods including pies and celebration cakes, while utilising a range of skills from running high speed processing equipment to manual handling ingredients and finished product .
Produce a range of pastry and cake products utilising your trade skills and plant bakery experience. Set-up and monitor production to maximise quality and minimise waste. Ensure production targets are met whilst ensuring HACCP quality and safety adherence at all times. Provide leadership in continuous improvement and team effectiveness. Importantly, you will follow health and safety standards while ensuring that your area is clean and maintained at all times.
Please Note: public transport is quite challenging in this area and as such you will need a car to get here.
