We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Worker (PCW) to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingSupporting clients with mobility and transferringAssisting with meal preparation and feedingProviding companionship and emotional supportPrompting and assisting with medication remindersAccompanying clients to appointments and social activitiesMonitoring and reporting any changes in clients' health or wellbeingIf you are a personal care worker with a minimum of 1 year community care experience, we would like to talk to you! Our services include aged and disability care, transitional care, hospital in home, and palliative care. QualificationsMinimum of Certificate III in aged care, community care, or disability services

Preferred SkillsExperience in care role highly regarded
Good verbal and written communication skills
