We are currently looking for Support Workers to join our Northern Rivers team.

We are currently recruiting for a Community Homecare worker to join our Northern Rivers team.
The role:
This role involves travelling between client's homes and assisting them with daily living and lifestyle requirements by providing person-centred care and support.
Duties and responsibilities may include:
Domestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry and meal preparationSocial support/transportation: social activities, shopping/groceries, travelling to medical appointmentsSupporting customers in the use of aids including standing or walking frames and wheelchairs.Monitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progressParticipating in staff meetings and attending training as requiredPerform work under the supervision of the Care CoordinatorServices are generally between the hours of 6am-6pm Monday to FridayWhat you will need:
Australian Federal Police ClearanceCurrent CPR / First Aid CertificateNDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)Current Australian Driver's LicenceReliable, registered and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance is required)Smartphone with internet accessWhat we offer:
