Requirements of a Care Assistant: Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle Be able to offer availability either early mornings (from 7am) or evening (from 4pm) and offer availability every other weekend Commit to attending a 4-day training course Located within a 7-mile radius of Worthing Have or be willing to obtain business vehicle insurance What we offer our Care Assistants: Competitive hourly rates from £13.50p/h - £15.00p/h and mileage pay at 35p p/m Award-winning training and ongoing support Access to further learning Clear career progression routes Flexible hours Duties will include: Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day Personal care Administering medication Assisting Clients with washing and dressing Shopping Housekeeping Meal preparation Taking Clients for appointments or outings If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, HCA, Health Care Assistant or in the NHS we would love to hear from you. However, if you do not have experience, we provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply.
