Please note this is for the 2025 Human Factors Fellow intake.  This is a Recruitment Pool is for 2.0 Fixed Term Full Time appointment for 6 months from 3rd February and 3rd August 2025.

Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 30/06/2025. Position Profile:This role will interface with the Department of Anaesthesia and Pain Medicine (DAPM) Clinical Leads and the Director of Operations for the Nexus Foundational Human Factors Training Program to assist Royal Perth Bentley Group in achieving its vision of becoming Australia's safest healthcare group. 30 hours per week in Anaesthesia duties, standard DAPM on call requirements, 10 hours per week in Human Factors related projects.

Home to the State Major Adult Trauma Service, RPH offers tertiary-level emergency medicine, mental health, complex and elective surgical care, and specialist medical services. It is also a premier teaching hospital and contributes to innovation and excellence in medical research and patient care
