Your opportunity to join our team! We are seeking motivated Feedmill Hands to join our expanding team. These people will work every day in the feedmill and commodity-related operations area.
This role is to support the production and distribution of sustainable feed. You'll be a proactive and positive member of the Hemmant team, with a passion for the poultry industry, a willingness to learn and be part of an expanding organisation.
We are looking for people who are flexible to cover rotating shifts and Saturday work as and when the need arises to support the team.

You will bring to this role Capability to perform repetitious tasks efficiently, correctly and systematically in accordance with policies and standards Ability to understand, correctly interpret and follow instructions, procedures and information in a timely manner Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment To be able to successfully communicate written and verbally A record showing work commitment, reliability and motivation Ability to respond calmly and methodically when faced with obstacles Good level of fitness are required as you will manually handle up to 25kg A forklift licence is required We're looking for people who are curious, caring, courageous and committed to join us.
