Condabri Beef (Drury Farming Company Pty Ltd) is a family owned and operated integrated Feedlot, Backgrounding & Farming Enterprises. The feedlot is located 20km south of Miles & 25km from Condamine. Construction has commenced on a large-scale expansion of the current feedlot footprint.
Purpose We are seeking motivated feedlot machine operator to join our expanding team. The day-to-day focus will be construction of the feedlot expansion. You'll be a proactive and positive member of the Condabri Beef team, who has a passion for cattle, willingness to learn and be part of an expanding family organisation.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to: Safely operate heavy equipment across the worksite whilst coordinating with other trades.Perform thorough pre-start inspections and accurately complete daily logbook.Maintain equipment performance by checking vehicle fluid levels and assisting in performing other minor maintenance.Cleaning the machine's cab area for the safety and comfort for all operators and keeping work areas free of material that could cause damage.Operators will be asked to carry out tasks other than operating machinery such as pipe laying and general labouring within the facility when required.Perform other tasks and duties as required from time to time as required by the needs of the business.Valid C-Class driver's license as a minimum, HR license preferred.A minimum of 2 years of general earthmoving experience preferred.Willingness to work on a roster basis.Able to work autonomously or as part of a team.Flexibility - able to meet changing requirements.Always demonstrate commitment to safe working practices and animal welfare.Be well mannered and have a good, clean appearance with a positive attitude.Physically fit to meet the inherent requirements of the role, including manual handling tasks.What we offer Permanent full-time hours.Single Person accommodation available for the successful applicant. #J-18808-Ljbffr
