Feed Mill / Feeding Supervisor

We are seeking a Feed Mill / Feeding Supervisor to mix and deliver feed as part of the team at Mirambee Feedlot.
The role involves maintaining a high standard and timely delivery of feeding rations to cattle and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Feedlot. Highly regarded:
Ability to operate machinery unsupervised and carry out manual maintenance tasks Problem-solving skillsComputer skills - recording commodities delivered and feedsHave good literacy and numeracy, and attention to detailAbility to understand, correctly interpret and follow instructions, procedures, and informationProud of a clean workspaceAbility to follow safe work practicesCommitment to working in a quality control environmentWork effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team of 6 people, as well as on your ownPhysically fit to meet the manual handling needs of the positionAbility to work a 10/4 roster system, somewhat flexible.The Feed Mill operation & delivery is a critical part of the feedlot, ensuring our cattle (approx 3,500hd) get the right feed at the right time, as animal nutrition and health are extremely important.
