This position offers a varied yet crucial set of responsibilities, all of which support our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service consistently.
Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities: Oversee agent and external hire administration, ensuring compliance and responding to inquiries. Maintain a keen attention to detail across all tasks. Perform data entry and generate reports on weekly service quality KPIs. Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients. Take on additional tasks as directed by the Manager. Ensure compliance with OHS, Dangerous Goods, and Environmental legislation. Actively contribute to continuous process, procedure, and system improvements. Experience & Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly self-motivated and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Previous administrative experience is preferred. Experience in the transport industry is advantageous. Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel for report generation). Experience in supply management, accounts, or payroll is a plus. The Mission
