Description DUTIESPerforms data entry of prospective applicant inquiries and other related administrative office duties.Serves as host for university daily campus tours and other university functions, which include campus preview days, luncheons, receptions, and enrollment management events.Communicates information about admission deadlines to prospective students through email and phone.Sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail.Provides excellent customer service to students' internal and external guests regarding any questions and/or directions.Understands and upholds FERPA requirements and student information confidentiality.QualificationsCurrently enrolled at UHD.Minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher.Work a minimum of 20 hours per week.Federal Work-Study eligible.About University of Houston Downtown The second-largest university in Houston, the University of Houston-Downtown (UHD) is a comprehensive, four-year, urban university in the heart of downtown.
