Duties Works twenty hours a week, Monday-Saturday Checks-in students and maintain the confidentiality of Academic Support Center records Answers questions and/or presents information related to UHD student services Provides assistance with computer lab software/hardware, Blackboard, and e-Services Maintains and secures supplies and equipment (copier, printers, and multimedia materials) Performs opening and closing procedures and follows all UHD emergency procedures Performs clerical duties (data entry, filing, word processing, copying, mail distribution) Performs all other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must have good customer service, communication skills, and telephone etiquette Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Blackboard Must have the ability to multi-task and interact professionally with students, faculty, and staff Must have general knowledge of the UHD campus and student services Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work flexible shifts (morning, night, and weekends) EEO/AA Qualifications
