Description: Assists and interacts with all levels of university personnel, students, and the general population.
Performs administrative duties such as answering phones, faxing, scanning, mail, filing, and copying documents.
Maintains and files confidential records.
Performs data entry and verification of data entered by others.
Runs errands within the University.
Sustains organization of the office suite and supplies cabinets/closets.
Assists with special events, duties, and projects as assigned.
