Key Responsibilities Financial, HR, and Corporate Services Leadership: Oversee finance, HR, ICT, and administration to ensure efficient, compliant processes and accurate reporting. Business Initiative Support: Provide financial, commercial, and operational insights to guide business initiatives and strategic decisions. Financial Sustainability: Develop and manage funding strategies that promote long-term growth and financial stability. Strategic Planning: Lead strategic planning efforts, including gathering input from the leadership team, setting priorities, and managing financial schedules. Commercial Management: Oversee contracts management, tender processes, and pricing reviews to manage commercial risk. Annual Business Planning: Partner with sales and function leaders in developing annual budgets and analyzing trends to guide business planning. ICT & Administration: Oversee ICT and administrative planning to support strategic objectives with both short- and long-term plans. Human Resources Oversight: Work with HR to develop and execute plans that align with financial and business goals. Risk & Compliance: Identify and manage business risks and oversee legal relationships and compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications & Experience Education: Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance; CA or CPA designation required. Experience: 10+ years in a senior executive role within a commercial environment, ideally with exposure to large, diverse teams. Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams, fostering an inclusive environment, and inspiring high performance across different functional areas. Expertise: Skilled in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance; experience in mergers, acquisitions, or IPOs is a plus. Change Leadership: Proven ability to drive and lead organizational change with strategic insight and adaptability. Communication: Exceptional communicator with the ability to convey complex financial insights to a wide range of stakeholders. Technical Skills: High level of computer literacy with experience in financial systems and analytical tools. Your application will include the following questions:
