Fdm & Safety Analyst

Oaklands Global are currently looking for a dynamic FDM & Safety Analyst to join our client on a permanent basis. The relevant candidate will play a critical role in managing and analysing flight and safety data to ensure compliance with aviation regulations and help maintain operational safety. ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with CASA Australia, CASA PNG, and other regulatory standards.Collect, monitor, and analyse flight data, identifying trends, anomalies, and safety risks.Develop and present detailed safety reports for management.Collaborate with operations to manage flight data limitations and exceedances.Perform regular data health checks to ensure accuracy.Support safety investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.Manage FDM software and participate in key safety meetings.RequirementsStrong knowledge of Aviation Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Flight Data Monitoring (FDM).Proven experience in a similar role within aviation safety.Technical qualifications: CASA/EASA/UK CAA licenses, or equivalent degrees in engineering, aviation, or safety.Proficiency in FDM software and data tools like MS Power BI.Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.A proactive mindset with the ability to meet tight deadlines and drive continuous improvement.Why Work With Oaklands Global?Oaklands Global has 50 years combined experience supporting candidates at all levels to help identify and secure their next position.
