What you'll be doing:
Assisting Team Leader with motivating and maintaining the spirit of your team
Supporting your Team Leader with the vision and focus of your team
Consistent sales performance (transferring above cost of seat)
Assisting and supporting your Team Leader in all aspects of the FCM business environment; including:
Customer service and satisfaction
Implementation and adherence to the FCM daily, weekly and monthly systems
Achievement of financial results and KPI's
Facilitating ongoing training for all team members
Nurturing team members development
Caretaker role in Team Leader absence
Maintaining communication between team members
Maintaining an overall positive office environment
What you'll need:
Leads by example and ability to motivate others
Attentive to staff and client needs
Embrace company philosophy, values and change
Ability to manage change and exceptional customer service
Ability to handle high volumes of business
The drive, determination and focus to co-lead a successful business
Minimum 2 years proven sales ability with consistent figures in a travel manager or travel consultant role
GDS proficiency, with Sabre highly regarded
