We have a rare opportunity to join FC Capital's investment team as an Analyst/Associate.
FC Capital is an Australian-based financial services company with a focus on Australasian private debt investments and funds management. The firm is headquartered in Sydney and has a support office in Manila.

The successful candidate will be involved in FC Capital's end-to-end investment processes including due diligence and transaction execution for private debt investments, in addition to supporting investment management post-execution.
Responsibilities:
Providing support for preliminary transaction evaluation Assisting senior team members with debt investment due diligence Assisting senior team members with financial modeling Preliminary drafting of credit submissions and reports for new and increased portfolio investments Assisting in reporting and analysis of investment performance Assisting with the ongoing management of underlying investments including the collating and assessment of information received from clients Working closely with key internal stakeholders, including credit, risk, legal, compliance, and finance as required through a transaction's life cycle Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as required Experience & Qualifications:
At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting (insolvency, audit, and/or transaction services), leverage finance, banking, or private debt Intermediate skills in financial analysis and financial modeling Understanding of three-way financial statements and common debt financial covenants Experience with writing business cases or credit papers with an ability to present complex information in plain English Intermediate skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Willingness and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment Full permanent Australian working rights Bloomberg Terminal experience is favorable but not essential Education:
Recruitment Process:
A two-stage interview process with senior management team members.
Remuneration:
Remuneration at market rates based on experience. Remuneration will comprise base salary, superannuation, and a performance-based discretionary bonus.
