Fashion Marketplace Coordinator / Data Entry

A highly sought after, part time, entry level position in Alexandria as Marketplace Co-ordinator has become available. Bond-Eye Australia is a branded swimwear company, wholesaling product to both the Southern and Northern Hemispheres. Our brands include Bond-Eye, Sea Level, Artesands and Nip Tuck. We are looking for an organised and data savvy go-getter for our Marketplace Team working with major US retailers.

Great attention to detail and can ensure data entry accuracy Be able to focus in a busy environment Willingness to learn Process driven Exceptional organisational skills Ability to work as a team Previous experience in a data entry role would be advantageous Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring our products are uploaded accurately and timely to our partner websites Ensuring inventory is uploaded within 48 hours of arrival Ensuring marketplace partner profiles are always up to date Working with all internal departments to provide accurate information and assets to our retail partners Preparing reports as required Working closely with logistics and our 3PLs Work with Sales Operations Manager to ensure dropship channel sales are meeting targets If you love data and fashion this is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding company with a great in-house team of people.
