What will it be like to work on our Boolavilla farm? The Boolavilla broad acre cropping farm covers an area of 8,544 arable ha.
The farm is situated in the Gwydir region of New South Wales, approximately 7km east of Croppa Creek in an area known as the Golden Triangle.
Goondiwindi is 78km north of Boolavilla, while Moree is 66km south of the property.
Our Coordination and Administration Team is spread out across Australia and are very collaborative.
We need support in the form of a Farm Office Coordinator in a Part-Time basis, 3 days a week.
Your hours can be spread out over the week if you need too.
The work location is in the office of the farm.
You will report to the Farm Manager who is extremely passionate about agriculture.
Job Description What does a Farm Office Coordinator at Warakirri Cropping do? You will be responsible for the safety system administration You will support with the casual staff and contractor onboarding and inductions Engaging and coordinating contractors for repair and maintenance works and liaising with external real estate inspectors Invoice processing and Accounts Payable Data entry into the farm management and finance systems Any other administration tasks to help meet month-end reporting requirements Pending your interest and skills, occasional assistance with shifting or operating machinery may be part of the job Qualifications Do you recognise yourself in the following statements? You have worked in a similar function before, but it doesn't need to be in the same industry.
You bring basic Microsoft Office skills (word, excel) People say you easily pick up new systems You have a strong attention to detail You work best in a team environment and enjoy contributing to a successful farm team and kicking goals together.
