Job Title: Farm Manager A dynamic and experienced Farm Manager is required to oversee the day-to-day operations of our farm, ensuring the highest quality produce and exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stone fruit or similar agricultural operations, with excellent management and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the farm, including orchards, gardens, vegetables, animals, game, maintenance, and business operations.
Provide leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring effective delegation, support, and performance management.
Develop and implement production plans to optimise yield and quality.
Oversee and manage crop production tasks, including irrigation, fertilisation, pest control, and harvesting.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years in stone fruit or similar agricultural operations.
Experience in guest farm management is beneficial.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
Strong work ethic.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven management and leadership capabilities.
Compensation: R750,000 - R1,000,000 per annum, depending on experience.
