The Opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for a versatile Farm Hand to join our Harvest Road Oceans team based on the pristine shorefront of Albany's Emu Point . You will primarily be assisting the Farm team with ensuring that all standard operating procedures are completed and duties are performed as directed by the Farm Supervisor to achieve production targets. This role will involve: operating farm vessels and vehicles; supporting compliance management including water sampling, environmental monitoring and HSE compliance and audit; loading, unloading, moving, packing, constructing of shellfish culture mediums (including baskets, cages, droplines, and oyster racking); operating mechanical equipment such as grading machines, preparation of product for market/transport; and ensure health and safety standards are adhered to and hazards are reported in a timely manner. Our ideal candidate will have: Class C Driver's licence. Progressive and positive attitude. Willingess to fill in across all operational requirements when required. Pass a National Police Clearance and pre-employment medical assessment. Possess sufficient fitness level to carry out required tasks.
