As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly skilled Management Consultant to join our dynamic team and contribute to strategic planning and operational efficiency.
Location: Sydney, NSW
Position: Full-time
Salary range: $90,000 -$120,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development of business objectives, action plans, and solutions aimed at resolving business issues, improving organizational effectiveness, strategic planning, and process improvementConduct due diligence including reviewing current systems and structures to identify process inadequacies across the business Work closely with internal teams to observe processes within the business Evaluate business inefficiencies and propose strategic initiatives to make improvements and track improvement levels Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to understand their perspectives, manage and validate project requirements and propose solutions to drive business valueCollect and analyse data using QlikView software to support end-to-end scenarios Establish processes to collect product performance data and present it to managementIdentify performance gaps and work on plans to develop and implement corrective actions Recommend business decisions based on insights obtained from data analysis and market researchPrepare detailed solution reports to improve workflows, methods, and procedures to achieve stated objectives and resolve business issues Carry out resource planning for effective utilization of business resourcesAdvise the management on matters requiring attention and contribute to the implementation and monitoring of improved processesProvide analytical support on multiple consulting projects across all supply chain functionsContribute to the day-to-day operations of the business – this may include technology implementation, marketing, cost analysis, and revenue forecasting – aimed at creating greater brand recognition and a roadmap for a scalable futureThe successful candidate must have the following:
Australian experience is highly regarded.Proficiency in analysing business workflows and presenting data-driven solutions.Experience or knowledge in the joinery or related manufacturing industry is desirable but not essential.Excellent communication, Problem-solving and root cause identification skillsReliable and hardworking natureGreat time-management skills and disciplineSkills and experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Management Consultant, with a proven track record in analysing and improving business processes.Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Management (or a related field).Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and experience with QlikView or similar software.Proficiency in QlikView softwareStrong analytical, reporting, and organisational skills.Exceptional communication, management, and problem-solving abilities.Please answer to below questions while applying
