Family Violence Liaison Officer (524723)Department of HealthCommunity, Mental Health & WellbeingCMHW - Tasmanian Health ServicesApplications must be submitted by Sunday 19 January, 2025 11:55 PM AESTAward/Classification:Allied Health Professionals Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement, Allied Health Professional, Level 3Employment type:Full TimeRegion:SouthLocation:Family Violence Service SouthHave a key role in the education, training and mentoring of staff within the SFSK Advice and Referral Line in relation to family violence matters, including the broader Family Violence service sector (government and community), exercising contemporary knowledge of the service systems for both victims and offenders.The RoleAct as a day-to-day liaison point between the FVCSS and the SFSK Advice and Referral Line to facilitate support for children and families who have been identified as being at risk via the Safe at Home initiative.Provide advice and support, as needed, to staff within the SFSK Advice and Referral Line who are involved/participate in the regional Integrated Case Coordination.Assist staff within the SFSK Advice and Referral Line to identify the best service response to support families experiencing family violence.
This may include assistance, referrals, direct case liaison and support and intervention for cases with high complexity.Have a key role in the education, training and mentoring of staff within the SFSK Advice and Referral Line in relation to family violence matters, including the broader Family Violence service sector (government and community), exercising contemporary knowledge of the service systems for both victims and offenders.Details of AppointmentFixed term, full time day work working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 24 April 2025.
Please note that hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant.Salary $106,966 - $118,114 per annum (pro rata) + 11.5% superannuation + access to salary packaging.Please note that access to salaries beyond $109,964 is subject to qualifications and/or application to the personal upgrade scheme (For AHP3 positions only - delete where not applicable).Salary range is in accordance with Allied Health Professionals Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement No.
2 of 2022.
