Make an impact on the planning, implementation, and reporting of activities in relation to key Austin Health priorities in the areas of Family Violence and Child Safety Fixed term, part time opportunity (24-32 hours per week) until 30 June 2025 Heidelberg location, close to multiple public transport options Austin Health is the major provider of tertiary health services, health professional education and research across three campuses in the north-east of Melbourne and state-wide. The Strengthening Hospital Responses to Family Violence (SHRFV) Program of work relates to the implementation of the Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management (MARAM) Framework and Information Sharing Schemes (FVISS and CISS). This program aims to increase the skills and confidence of staff, develop and share resources and build hospital capacity to better respond to family violence and child safety concerns.
About the role The Family Violence and Child Safe Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementation, and reporting of activities in relation to key Austin Health priorities in the areas of Family Violence and Child Safety.
About you To be successful in this role, you'll be an experienced allied health or nursing professional who has:
Strong project management experience including development and delivery of projects of strategic priority Excellent communication skills, with a strong commitment to excellence in patient care. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously. The ability to develop and foster collaborative working arrangements, with high level interpersonal skills that promote team development, engagement, and a proven ability to relate to people at all levels within an organisation.
