This program aims to increase the skills and confidence of staff, develop and share resources and build hospital capacity to better respond to family violence and child safety concerns.About the roleThe Family Violence and Child Safe Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementation, and reporting of activities in relation to key Austin Health priorities in the areas of Family Violence and Child Safety.About youTo be successful in this role, you'll be an experienced allied health or nursing professional who has:Strong project management experience including development and delivery of projects of strategic priorityExcellent communication skills, with a strong commitment to excellence in patient care.Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.The ability to develop and foster collaborative working arrangements, with high level interpersonal skills that promote team development, engagement, and a proven ability to relate to people at all levels within an organisation.Working at Austin Health means enjoying a strong sense of purpose, engaging in meaningful work every day.
