Responding to referrals from The Orange Door, the program provides assertive outreach and home based supports.
Your new roleIn a typical day as a Family ServicesPractitioner you might:

A tertiary qualification in social work, psychology or a related disciplineAn understanding of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 and Best Interest PrinciplesDemonstrated experience in undertaking risk assessments and planning appropriate intervention strategiesA strengths-based, child-centered approach to case managementCapacity to work flexibly and innovatively to meet the needs of families, children and young peopleView the position description here.
