Full Time, Max Term Position to June 2025 with the possibility of extension Located in Melbourne CBD & WFH/Hybrid work environment About the opportunity You will be integral to assessing and enhancing the impact of Uniting's Family Services programs, including Family Preservation and Reunification, Integrated Family Services, and Early Help.
Your role will focus on family violence, enhancing consumer voices and experience, and consumer journey mapping providing insight into transitions between services. You will also explore opportunities for consumer partnership in evaluation.
Your skills and experience Quickly establishing yourself in the Quality & Performance Division, you will use your family services sector knowledge, alongside your evaluation knowledge and experience to support and lead evaluation projects within Family Services. You will work collaboratively with the Evaluation Lead, Family Services, and other key staff and consumers across Family Services.
You will also bring with you:
Tertiary qualifications within a recognised human services or health discipline A demonstrated understanding of the family services sector. Experience in supporting, contributing to, or leading evaluation projects and project management. Experience working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including peers, employees, external organisations, funding bodies, and government agencies.
