About the role:
Reporting to the Parks and Gardens Manager, you will have the responsibility of leading the Park sales team.
You will be working directly with client families helping them to decide on both preneed and at-need memorialisation.
This is an essential service we offer, and the team's role is to understand and deliver solutions to people at a sensitive and critical time.
The rewards of the role can be both personal and financial.
Your experience will be varied, but you do need to have previous staff supervision experience, good computer skills, and a 'can-do' attitude.
What skills and experience do you need? Experience in a service-driven organisation or ability to quickly learn the functions of the jobCurrent unrestricted driver's licenseBe at ease with death, the expression of grief, and handling deceased peopleDeveloping and motivating a sales team including adherence to a structured sales program with a proven track record in direct sales, marketing, and networkingThe ability to sell products and services with confidenceA proven track record in direct sales, marketing, and networkingAbsolute customer focus, and able to communicate and respond effectively to all levels of the publicStrong attention to detail and the ability to follow directionSensitivity, along with comfort in circumstances involving grieving people and their values and beliefsBenefits of joining InvoCare:
