The FPP facilitates home visits for women during pregnancy and the first two years of their children's lives.
The FPP team includes Nurse Home Visitors (NHV), Aboriginal Family Partnership Workers, a Social Worker and an Administration Officer.
The program is delivered in Alice Springs, Amoonguna, Santa Teresa, Ntaria, Utju and Wallace Rock communities.
About the RoleThe ANFP Program Manager provides operational leadership, team management and coordination of the Congress Family Partnership Program, ensuring the program maintains fidelity to the model in a culturally responsive manner.
