About our client... Our client is a well known CBD specialist law firm, practising exclusively in Family law.
The firm is renowned for their down to earth workplace culture, offering outstanding professional/career support and have all the resources you would expect to find at a leading law firm.
Offering a relaxed yet professional, sociable and close knit workplace for all, our client is now expanding and looking to appoint an experienced  Family Lawyer ( envisage Senior Associate/Special Counsel level ), with a minimum  5 years post admission experience to join their busy practice.
About this role... As a Senior Lawyer specialising in Family Law, this role requires proven expertise   across all aspects of Family law matters (ideally complex property matters)  and offers the opportunity to run your own family law files and provide excellent client service.
You will enjoy a variety of matters associated with eg.
:-  Complex parenting disputes; Significant property settlements; Financial agreements; Children's matters; Divorce & separation; Appeals; Maintenance applications; IVF/surrogacy arrangements; international relocation.
About you... To be successful in this role it is envisaged that you be an experienced  Family Lawyer (5 years + PAE) with exposure to complex asset structures, including property related family law matters.
LIV Family Law Accreditation, or willingness to undertake it, desirable but not essential.
The ideal candidate will  with the following attributes: a solid background/proven performer in Family Law within a recognised family law practice; able to 'hit the ground running'; a commercial mindset with a passion to further grow a family law practice; the ability to work autonomously within a team and contribute knowledge & expertise; excellent communication skills and 'client service' focus.

Our client genuinely supports their staff with only 5 billable hours p/day , a 2 to 1 ratio of Lawyers to support staff, ability to work 2 days from home, excellent IT systems, wellness days off and regular team catch ups!
