THE ROLE Our client is looking to welcome an experienced Associate/SA Family Lawyer to their flourishing Family Law practice in Melbourne. The team, led by Accredited Specialists and seasoned lawyers, offers a cohesive and friendly environment with ample opportunities for growth.
YOU As part of this tier 1 team, you will have the chance to work autonomously, handle client responsibilities, and manage your own caseload, collaborating closely with the open door, collaborative family law partners. This role offers exposure to a diverse range of family law matters, including divorce, parenting, property, and child support applications.
To excel in this role, you will need 4 - 7 years PQE or Associate/Senior Associate level, exceptional technical skills, the ability to foster client relationships, strong drafting and negotiating capabilities, and a collaborative team spirit with mentoring skills.
