Family Lawyer

Rare opportunity for a Family lawyer to join an in-house legal team in an award-winning financial service company.
In this role, you will work with borrowers and lawyers to understand the complexities of cases in order to complete loan applications and to assess legal circumstances against risk management, lending criteria and responsible lending obligations. Managing compliance on current applications, as well as monitoring risk across the existing loan book.
Responsibilities:
Legal experience or education (especially family law);
High attention to detail;
Willingness to contribute to process improvement.
Proven ability to work autonomously in a very fast paced environment;
Excellent verbal communication skills - a strong ability to precisely explain decisions to external and internal stakeholders;
Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills of risk, coupled with sound judgment.
