Great support and great rewards, you'll be supported by a small team including a Director, another Lawyer and 2 x paralegals to maximise your efforts. What you'll need to succeed • Minimum of 2 years PAE within Family Law • Court attendances including directions, mentions and instructing Counsel at interim and final hearings • Researching, drafting and managing Court documents including affidavits, orders, case outlines, balance sheets, financial statements and all other family law documents • Preparing briefs to Counsel and instructing Counsel with respect to upcoming Court events • Attending mediation with experienced family law mediators • Liaising with clients on family law matters including taking instructions, drafting, preparing letters of advice, general day to day correspondence and file management • Ability and desire to attend court • Great communication skills: ability to positively interact with stakeholders and clients What you'll get in return • Attractive salary • Generous bonus and benefits • Work/life balance • Outstanding career progression opportunities • Networking and Client Events to grow your brand What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call Vicki now on 0456148114 for further details.
