You will be offered great support and great rewards. You'll be supported by a small team including a Director, another lawyer and 2 paralegals to maximise your efforts. What you'll need to succeed Minimum of 2+ years PAE within Family Law Court attendance, including directions, mentions and instructing Counsel at interim and final hearings Researching, drafting and managing court documents including affidavits, orders, case outlines, balance sheets, financial statements and all other family law documents Preparing briefs for Counsel and instructing Counsel with respect to upcoming court events Attending mediation with experienced family law mediators Liaising with clients on family law matters including taking instructions, drafting, preparing letters of advice, general day-to-day correspondence and file management Ability and desire to attend court Great communication skills: ability to positively interact with stakeholders and clients Only Australian citizens or permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
